PIXIE BOB PAWS

The  Standard:  Large, long and wide, almost round, with big knuckles and fleshy toes.  Polydactyl allowed, seven toes maximum.  Leg and wrist must be straight when viewed from the front.  All toes must rest on the floor pointing forward.  Foot must appear sound.

Straight Footed. A cat with straight feet has 4 or 5 toes in the front and only 4 in the back.  The five toes straight foot looks a little bigger than a 4 toes one, but is not considered polydactyl.

Polydactyl. Polydactyl simply means many toed.  In Pixiebobs polydactyl front paws come in two basic types:  Thumbs (also called "Mittens") or patties. Thumbs or mittens actually looks like what they are called.  A pattie foot has extra toes but no single toe is larger than the rest.  Any back-foot with more than 4 toes is considered polydactyl.  Sometimes polydactyl back-feet are called rabbit feet.

Straight feet.

Five toed.

Four toed.

Ploy Feet

Thumbs or mittens.

Pattie feet.

Rabbit feet.
